Hello, I'm Mel a children's well-being coach.

I specialise in helping children with their well-being and their mental health.
If you are a primary care-giver and are busy juggling work, family and life I'm here to support you and your child.
It is so hard to see your child with a lack of confidence and self-esteem, maybe they are prone to anxiety or worry or don't see themselves as you see them.
When you don’t know where to start, I teach tools and strategies that will tap into their own inner confidence and change their perspective. We learn about the brain, and find ways that they can feel calm, understand their emotions and feel good about their uniqueness.
I wish I had learnt some of the things I teach when I was younger!
Confidence is at the very heart of happiness and self-acceptance. The great news is, confidence isn’t fixed, it can grow and develop. When it does, children are more likely to have fulfilling lives. Our services at my beautiful brain
Beautiful Brain Club
In person well-being fun for children currently for children in primary school.
Sessions last approx 1 hour.
We'll move, play, stretch our bodies then breath and relax learning tips and tricks for relaxation and mindfulness.
Current venue The Solace Gym, Leckhampton.
Join whenever you'd like in the term.
First session is always a FREE TASTER.

Parent Sessions
​
Approached in a sensitive and supportive way.
Made for you and your family and can be delivered alongside sessions with a child or on their own.
Help unpick how your child perceives their world and how our thoughts and feelings drive our behaviours and action.
These sessions are to allow you some time to fill up your own cup and reflect in a supportive and safe space.
